The Senior Surveyor (Bryan Winchester) had worked on a project for this company with JM Jones and there was a follow on project to construct a two storey extension to the offices that became the new reception building.
The structure was hexagonal on the ground floor and square at the top. The ground floor was clad with brickwork while the first floor was an aluminium/glass construction. In addition the site sloped.
I was responsible for all letting of subcontracts, meeting with the PQS for monthly valuations as well as internal monthly cost reporting.
