I prepared the extension of time and disruption claim for a Tarmac (London Paving) to present to the London Borough of Hounslow. The street works had been constructed using possessions for the street refurbishment. The Contractor QS role was undertaken by another QS and I had to liaise with him to get the information to prepare the claim document.
This was one of three claims that I prepared for Tarmac at the same time before Tarmac decided that the Business Unit could not support the cost of a full time Claims Surveyor. Therefore these claims were not negotiated before I left the company but had been presented.
